Sports Programme (New for 2017)

The primary role of the Duff Miller Fitness and Wellbeing programme is to integrate London’s Sport and Fitness culture into student lifestyles. This will benefit their physical and mental health improving academic prowess. Duff Miller’s unique relationship with Imperial College London provides access to state of the art recreational facilities. Duff Miller is providing supervised visits to the Imperial College Ethos gym where students may take advantage of a structured health and fitness regime. Sport and exercise sessions implemented around academic timetables will hone your child’s focus and clarity of thought, perfecting study capabilities. Soft skills that are highly valued by employers and professionals are also grown through development of communication skills through working with their peers. London’s thriving fitness culture which rapidly is growing to become a universal academy of excellence will now be echoed at Duff Miller. Access is also available for bespoke one-to-one sport training, advanced personal training, running coaching and sports technique advancement. All one-to-one sessions are conducted by experienced registered fitness professionals outside of academic hours. The Fitness and Wellbeing programme aims to introduce regular enjoyable physical activity to every student giving them the best chances of success in their education.
